How do my registrations get into OPVII?
You forward your event registration emails to a private address we give you. OPVII reads the name, cell, and email, then adds each person automatically. No spreadsheets, no manual entry.
Do recipients have to opt in and how does STOP work?
Anyone who registered for your event is your contact. Every text supports STOP and HELP automatically. If someone replies STOP they are removed instantly. Quiet hours keep messages from being sent at odd times.
What if I run events in multiple cities?
Create an event for each session. Each one runs its own reminder schedule based on its date and time. For example, a Tuesday event in one city and a Thursday event in another are handled independently.
Is there a setup fee or a contract?
No contracts. The default reminder sequence is ready to go, so most hosts are live within minutes. Plans are month to month, so you can switch or cancel anytime. If you want our team to handle setup, optional Professional Onboarding is available for a one time fee.
