Who We Are
OPVII is event attendance software, and that is the only thing we make. Organizations that run recurring public events use it to turn registrations into people who actually turn up.
Reminders by email and text on a timed schedule, check-in on the day, and follow-up afterward for whoever missed it.
Who We Work With
Financial advisors running retirement and Social Security seminars. Educators and trainers running classes, workshops and courses. Certification providers, webinar hosts, and nonprofits running fundraisers.
What they all have in common is one problem: plenty of signups, and a room half the size of the list.

Your organization runs the kind of event we built this for, and somebody on our team wrote to you about it, by email or by text. Either way it is a one to one introduction from a named person you can reply to, not a bulk send.
If that is not you, or the timing is wrong, one reply ends it for good.
Is This Spam?
No. Every message carries real sender details, an honest subject line, a working reply address, and a way to opt out that we act on. That is what the CAN-SPAM Act asks for, and our texts carry the opt out keywords carriers require.
We have never bought a list, and we never sell or share your details.
How To Stop Hearing From Us
Reply to any message from us, email or text, with the word unsubscribe or stop. You are removed immediately and permanently, with no form to fill in, no login, and no confirmation step to click through.
You can also write to support@opvii.com from the address you want removed and we will take care of it for you.

Reply to whichever message reached you, or go through the contact page. A real person answers, and you are not handed to a bot whose only job is to get rid of you.

Some Of This Is Preference, Not A Problem With Us
A few things people push back on are personal preferences or general distrust, not anything wrong with how we operate. Here is where we honestly stand.
“I Don’t Trust Unsubscribe Links.”
Fair, and plenty of companies have earned that distrust. Ours is not a link at all: reply to any message with “unsubscribe” and you are removed immediately and permanently. We never sell you on, share you, or add you back later.
“Cold Outreach Is Spam.”
Not when it is one message, to one organization, from a named person, about something that organization actually does. We say who we are, we say why we wrote, and we stop the moment you ask. Deception is what makes mail spam.
“I Never Asked To Be Contacted.”
True, and that is what an introduction is. We wrote once, because you run the kind of event this was built for, and we have no interest in writing to somebody who does not want it. Reply once and you never hear from us again.
“What Would You Even Do For Me?”
Take the registrations you already collect, send the reminders before the event on email and text, let you check people in on the day, and follow up with whoever did not come. No events with signups, no use to you, and we will say so.
“Do You Actually Work With People Like Me?”

“I Do Not Trust Links In Emails.”
Good habit, and you should not have to trust a link to check us out. No tracking pixels, no shortened or disguised URLs, no “verify your account” tricks. Ignore the message: type opvii.com in yourself. We hold up to that.
“Your Email Landed In My Spam Folder.”
Filters flag plenty of legitimate mail, and they miss plenty of bad mail too. We send from a real domain with SPF and DKIM authentication and a real reply-to address. A misfiled message is not evidence either way, in either direction.
“What Happens To My Data Now?”
If you opt out we keep the bare minimum needed to be certain we never contact you again, and nothing else at all. We have never bought a list, and we do not sell or share what we hold. The details are in our privacy policy.

One reply does it, permanently. No form, no login, no confirmation step, and nothing is kept except the record that stops us contacting you again.
