Every account gets its own private inbound address. Forward the registration confirmations you already receive and OPVII reads the attendee, the event and the date out of them, then creates the contact and the event.

A signup form hosted at your own OPVII link, plus an events page with the list and a calendar on it. Link or embed either one, and a submission arrives as a registration.

A scoped, revocable key and a versioned API. POST a registration and it creates the contact, resolves the event and enrolls into your flow. Contacts, events, flows and messages have their own endpoints.

Two Ways In

IMAP Connect

Any Mailbox

Point OPVII at a mailbox you already own and it signs in and checks it on a schedule you set. Credentials are encrypted at rest, and folder plus keyword rules decide which messages are imported.

Microsoft 365 Sign-In

OAuth

Business Microsoft accounts refuse external forwarding and no longer accept a password over IMAP. Signing in with your normal Microsoft account is the way into those mailboxes, and no password is stored.
